1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product or service offered by Reaves Labs & Learning, LLC ("RLL," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our products or services.

2. Products & Delivery

Products are delivered as downloadable HTML files designed to run locally in your web browser.
No server-side processing is provided unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Products labeled "Blueprint" or "Demo" are educational reference implementations and are not intended as production-ready software.
Product functionality and features may vary based on your browser, operating system, and local environment.

3. AI Features

Some products connect to local AI models (such as Ollama) running on your own machine. RLL does not provide AI model hosting.
AI features require you to install and run compatible local models on your own hardware.
Product functionality without a local AI model may be limited to pre-built templates and simulations.
RLL is not responsible for the output, accuracy, or behavior of third-party AI models running on your machine.

4. No Professional Advice

All products are for educational and informational purposes only.

Financial products (MarketSapien, CoinQuest, CentsAble) do not constitute investment advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
The Patent Playbook is not legal advice. Consult a registered patent attorney before filing any patent application.
Education products (Adulting Academy, CoinQuest) are supplementary tools, not replacements for professional instruction or accredited education programs.

5. Intellectual Property

Products are licensed for personal or internal business use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label any RLL product without prior written consent.
RLL's provisional patent applications, registered trademarks (MARKETSAPIEN, COINQUEST), and proprietary frameworks (BLOOM, BPI, CALE, SAGE) remain the exclusive property of Reaves Labs & Learning, LLC.
All product source code, documentation, and design assets are protected by copyright.

6. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. No questions asked.
Email support@reaveslabs.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are at RLL's discretion.
Refund requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

RLL's total liability for any claim arising from a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
RLL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RLL products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

RLL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of RLL products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
