How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If you still need help, contact support@reaveslabs.ai.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page within the app. If you subscribed through iOS, manage your subscription in your iPhone or iPad Settings under Subscriptions. For direct subscriptions, email support@reaveslabs.ai and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@reaveslabs.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours and confirm deletion via email.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We follow a minimal data collection philosophy and never sell your data to third parties. Our K-12 products are COPPA and FERPA compliant. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
