AI Stack Blueprint
A worksheet that picks which AI tools + services to combine for your work.
"Stack" = all the pieces of software stacked together. Example: Netflix uses Amazon for storage + Stripe for payments + SendGrid for emails. That combination is Netflix's "stack."
Step-by-step:
- Step 1. Pick your business type (teacher, creator, small business, etc.)
- Step 2. Check what you need (plain checkboxes, no decorative icons)
- Step 3. See the stack it builds — each piece explained in plain English
- Step 4. Export a setup guide with Mac / Windows / Linux instructions
Each piece in plain English:
- AI Brain — a computer in a data center ("the cloud") that runs 24/7. Examples: OpenAI, Anthropic, local AI.
- Front End — what users see on screen (buttons, pages).
- Database — digital filing cabinet for names, orders, messages. Examples: PostgreSQL, Notion, Airtable.
- Payments — how money moves. Examples: Stripe, PayPal, Square.
- Email — auto-sent messages (receipts, password resets). Examples: Resend, Mailchimp.
- Phone/Voice AI — AI answers calls within your rules. Trained on your docs. Flags anything weird to you. Cannot take actions without permission.
- Website — your .com address (reaveslabs.ai).
- Monitoring — watchman that texts you in 60s when something breaks.
- Automation — tasks that run on a schedule (weekly sales report, nightly backups).
