An agent = AI helper with its own face (avatar), its own memory, its own job, its own rules, and someone watching it. If any piece is missing, it's just code — not an agent.

Our real AI CEO (BLOOM) is an agent — it has a name, a job, a memory of what's happened, and it checks in every 30 seconds. We have 36 agents total across 9 teams.

Step-by-step:

Communication patterns (plain):

• Hub & Spoke — one boss tells all others what to do. Like a CEO.
• Full Mesh — everyone can talk to everyone. Like a small startup.
• Pipeline — A hands off to B hands off to C. Like an assembly line.
• Hierarchical — boss → managers → doers. Like a big company.
